This product was ordered from tugapower.net and shipped to me by Anenji by a viewer who supports my social media channels, Unit arrived with the dry contact accessory broken and damage on the screen, Unit is working however there is no information in the manual on what apps or software to use for data monitoring nor is there any information what so ever on how to set up and configure said app software or the wi fi dongle. After sales customer support has been 0 both thru tugapower.net and the Anenji website. If support had been there and if I could have actually gotten the Wi Fi to work on any of the apps I tried I would have rated, it a 4 to 5 stars

Pole connector locks came broken. Plus 2 broke during assembly. Poor quality for the price you pay.

I installed these on my sailboat to charge the house batteries. They have functioned flawlessly! I am planning to double my house battery bank and will buy 2 more of these great panels.

Looks great. Have not had a chance to try it out. Hook up and operating instructions are poor.

Update 8/6/24, The kit I ordered and received I thought was so supposed to be a whole house automatic back up. It is not. I talked directly to Econoflow and they said what I ordered was a manual back up. They are supposed to be sending me return mailing labels so I can return the entire order since it is within the 30-day period. Just sending you this email to document the situation.

It fits the generator fine I wish the handle had a fixed option. You drop it and it hits the generator. And still trying to figure out the straps and how they hook. Any suggestions? But very happy to have wheels under my generator after a 3 day ice storm in Michigan. I was hauling it around and it's heavy.
