My husband has been in the market for something like this since the beginning of time. This is such a great little power station, it has gotten us through a night with no power because of storms and it holds up to powering our phones and a little it of light. When I got sick and had no power around me it powered my phone laptop and breathing machine for an entire weekend. It charges up so quickly and the charge really lasts for quite a while. I love how many different ways you can use the output on this power station. It will work for just about anything. Definitely recommend to have on hand.

Awesome Inverter getting Max output from my 500 watt Array

This cable is very well made with good connector protection. I am not sure this is 10AWG cable; I own several 10AWG solar cables and they are all much thicker and less pliable that this one. This cable looks to me like it was built using 12AWG cabling instead. It is possible that this cable uses a thinner sheathing which may explain why it is thinner that other 10AWG cables I own however I am still concerned that there is no way for me to validate whether the correct gauge of cable was used. I have run 400 Watts (solar power) for several hours through this cable to my Solix generator and found no hot spots.

If you plan on running larger power loads through this cable I'd suggest verifying that it is indeed 10AWG. The maximum I can push through will be able 670 watts which probable wouldn't cause any issues even with a 12AWG cable.

I bought this cable so I would not have to carry the solar generator outside to sit next to the solar panels. The (heavy) battery unit can stay inside and the solar panels can be outside in the hot sun. I want the sol-gen to be near the fridge, so I don't use an extension cord. This cable brings solar to the box. The 50-foot length allows it to snake out the back door, so I don't have any holes in the walls or windows. It is temporary (like a power outage) and is simply rolled up when I am not using it.
