   Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The product is subpar as far as efficiency goes it is generally operating in the 60% efficient range with the highest I’ve seen being 89% which means every 100ws your solar panels make you lose 40ws on 1000w you lose 400 in the inverter. I had accepted the low efficiency because the inverter was cheap compared to others but after 3 months of normal use the inverter no longer operates it turns off and on constantly never making any power. I contacted the seller for a warranty replacement because tugapower.net said after 30 days it is the seller’s responsibility to take care of warranties. After 6 days of back and forth with the seller asking me questions that didn’t pertain to my issue and questions that I had already answered I finally took things back to tugapower.net and they were able to get me an exemption for a refund. Also I wanted to state the fans on this unit never worked. All in all this is a terrible product and this company’s customer service is awful. They never once tried to actually resolve the problem and kept blaming tugapower.net for their shady behavior I will never buy another product from this brand and if you are smart you shouldn’t either
