I recently installed solar panels on the roof of a camper and this made running the wiring to the solar charger so much easier. The two panels connected together right on top and I zip-tied the Y-branch and extra wire from the panel to the back side of the roof top air conditioner. I then just had one run into the camper and one connection to the solar charger. I highly recommend this option if you're installing multiple panels. Reduces the total amount of wire needed and the time required to route several wire runs.

I recently completed a 3,000+ mile trip and never had an issue with the connectors given lots of days in high temperatures and several hard blowing rain storms.

We have the 2500 dual fuel and it has been stellar. Needed just a bit more to run our AC and microwave at the same time on the travel trailer. So excited when this came out. It's about 10% physically bigger than the 2500 watt, but a small generator cover still fits it well. Same spark plug as the 2500 too.

Starts easy on propane - the regulator for the 4000 watt seems to be better than the 2500 watt one which is a bear to start first time on propane. Going to get the parallel connector and run these two together at home when needed for power outages. We sold our ginormous 9000 watt Champion which covered 2/3 the cost of this one.

I think Champion hits the mark on quality and value. You could pay a lot more for a Honda and not even get the dual fuel capability.

Fantastic box. Well built, nice breakers and smooth installation. Was very easy to map and connect. Wire lengths were adequate and pre-stripped. Easy instructions- works as advertised.

My generator setup works with this. Its now easy to switch between the line and generator.
