My generator setup works with this. Its now easy to switch between the line and generator.

Built fairly well but side mount center lugs make using 2/0 super hard. Terminals are undersized and contacts don’t appear to be rated for 200amps but I’m using on 120amp max load so it’s fibe. Throws are a bit stiff and stranger feeling too. But hay can’t complain about the price. For a few hundred more I think the ABB at Home Depot is the ticket.

switch looks good, should last a long time.

box way to small for a 200amp panel switch. arh flash for 200amp requires a large box.

I’m still in the process of getting my entire transfer switch and all wiring completed. I’ll post pictures when I finish it. But I can tell you that the panel itself is very good quality and I can’t tell any difference from the ones I looked at and priced at some of the big home improvement stores that were priced way over what they’re asking for this kid. I’m not going to tell you this is easy to install, if you don’t know electrical systems you should definitely hire an electrician to do this. You will need to get an inlet for your generator to plug into how long would some additional wiring, conduit and possibly breakers.

Good quality and easy to install generator disconnect. Much better value than some of the other brands and seems to work just as well.
