   Unfortunately, after installing the whole system, the two batteries drained and less than 24 hours without any activity and the solar panels did not even work seem like maybe the connector was not properly connected but did try another type of USB connected and it did not work with this particular camera

   BOBUY Ring Camera Solar Panel Charger I have mounted this solar panel and connected it to my Ring Camera. It was easy to mount and all the necessary hardware was included. I had to drill into concrete tile roof and use the plastic anchors. The unit allows for vertical adjustment, but no horizontal adjustment. I would have preferred to have both available. But this is definitely not a deal breaker. See pictures. There are adapters that can be used for connecting to various versions of camera. I did not have to use any of them. It plugged directly into my camera. The ring app shows that a solar charger is connected. This is a plus in my book. (I mention this because one of the panels from another manufacturer I purchased in the past does not recognize the solar panel, even though it keeps the camera charged). This particular camera gets a lot of use since it is mounted right above my driveway. It has been in use now for a week. In this week there was a day that was raining all day, so next to no sunshine. It has kept the batteries at full charge. I am pleased with this solar panel charger.

   We have a ring camera that runs off a battery at a part-time home. The solar panel charger keeps the camera battery, which I can check remotely. We do live where it snows, so we will need to see how it does in the winter months

    Bought this item to power the new Ring Outdoor Cam Plus. I am in Florida and have good sunlight conditions. The solar panel has now been powering the security camera for 3 days with camera settings at maximum motion detection frequency. Battery level was topped off from 94% to 100% on the first day. Battery level has remained at 100% since then. In Florida, this 3.5 watt solar panel is perfectly capable of powering the security camera. Long term life of the solar panel is yet to be determined.

    If you have a ring solar system, DO NOT BUY THESE! I have 3 different gens of Ring outdoor cameras, and I tested in all 3 gens and this solar panels suck, it doesnt work with Ring at all, false advertisement as they do no work as said. Trying to return them as we speak.
