- [High-Performance Solar Cable]: The Solar XT60i Cable features a 10AWG tinned copper core, ensuring low resistance and high-current transmission, making it ideal for efficient power transfer in photovoltaic systems. Its insulation is likely made of PVC or XLPE material, offering high-temperature resistance (-10°C to 150°C), UV protection, and waterproof properties, suitable for harsh outdoor environments. It is compatible with mainstream solar panels and portable power stations, meeting the needs of off-grid power supply, RV camping, and more.
- [XT60i Anti-Spark Connector Design]: The XT60i cable comes with a standard XT60i connector featuring gold-plated contacts to reduce resistance and prevent oxidation, ensuring long-term stable connections. The XT60i’s anti-spark design (grounding before power transmission during insertion) enhances safety, especially for high-current devices like drone batteries and solar generators. The connector supports quick plug-and-play installation.
- [Broad Compatibility & Plug-and-Play Convenience]: The pre-assembled XT60i 10AWG cable allows direct connection to solar panels, portable power stations, or DIY energy storage systems without additional modifications. It supports multiple applications. The modular design reduces installation time while eliminating reliability risks associated with DIY wiring.
- [Industrial-Grade Safety & Durability]: The 10AWG XT60i Extension Cable is meeting industrial safety standards. And the 10AWG wire gauge and robust insulation resist bending and abrasion, making it suitable for frequent outdoor use. Compared to standard cables, its weather resistance and flame-retardant properties are superior, ensuring performance under prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures.
- [Applications & User Benefits]: Optimized for off-grid solar systems, it is perfect for indoor and outdoor settings, camping power supply, RV travel, and emergency preparedness. Users can easily expand solar arrays or connect to portable power stations for improved energy efficiency. Compared to traditional wiring solutions, its high compatibility and safety lower the barrier to entry, catering to both beginners and professionals.

Well, as long as you verify your panel doesn’t exceed the input rating of your device. This 25-foot 10 AWG solar extension cable is a solid choice for any device that accepts the XT60i connection and could benefit from durable and efficient wiring. It’s quality construction, 10AWG wire, MC4 connectors (a little snug fit, but no issues), XT60i that appears to legitimately gold plated, and nice heat shrink that makes the final cable water tight. The insulation appears weatherproof and well-suited for outdoor applications like ground setups and RV systems. The use of 10AWG means less voltage drop and the rating of the wire well-exceeds the rating of the XT60i connector, so there’s no concern of a hit to efficiency, like you’ll find in some other cables that use 12AWG or even 14AWG. The price is reasonable, not cheap, but priced fairly enough that it’s worth just buying versus DIYing.

I needed a long cable for the solar panel on the roof of my outdoor shed to keep my small portable power station and lawn tractor batteries charged so I got this cable. Since the shed is 8 feet high, this 20 foot cable has enough length to go down the outside of the shed without me having to put a hole in the roof. It works out fine.

This MC4 to XT60i extension cable feels high quality and works well with EcoFlow solar power stations. I have two Delta Pro 3 stations and one Delta 2 solar power stations. The XT60i connector has the reverse polarity protection diode on the XT60i connector side and the anti arch protection.
The MC4 connectors fit snugly and the anti arc feature of the XT60i at the solar power station connector side means I can connect and disconnect under load. The tinned solid copper core cable with 10AWG means it can support high current loads while still being exposed to direct sunlight. The tinned copper is better for corrosion protection than standard copper wires.

This cord has all the right specs: 600V capacity, 10 AWG wire, and 102 degrees Celsius insulation rating. I’m using this to connect some panels to a Bluetti system. The voltage rating lets me run the panels in series to raise voltage and manage the amp load, while the 10 AWG wire helps me minimize voltage drop and maximize how much of what my panels generate can be stored and used. While a 12 AWG wire will work, once the wire length gets over 15 feet or so, I recommend you look for a 10 AWG wire to minimize loss. Plus, this will be very durable and last a long time.
If you need to plug into an XT60i plug, and the length works for you, this is a great choice and value.

This review is for the Kimbluth Store 10AWG 20FT Solar to XT60i Extension Cable.
I ordered this cable so I could put my EcoFlow generator out of the sun when charging it.
This is a well made cable, there is no excess mold flashing to cut the hands. All edges are finished and rounded.
I grabbed by trusty old Fluke VOM and tested the connections. The conductors exhibited continuity and very low resistance. The XT60 end fit snugly into the EcoFlow battery chassis. I happen to like a very firm connection so that the connections make/break during small movements, increasing resistance and overheating. The MC4 ends were also firm to attach/disconnect from the solar output cables. I almost needed a MC4 wrench, but ultimately did not . This is NOT a bad thing. Again, I like my connections to be firm.
This is an excellent cable for connecting solar panels to various brands of battery generators. I recommend buying one if you need one.
