   Used this for the first time just days after I purchased it. Got it for emergencies to charge phones, run my CPAP, and use a noise machine or for use when camping with my son. And boom, power went out and ran my CPAP and my noise machine. This runs silent. It worked flawlessly and is so easy to use. It charges really fast when plugged in, I have charged using solar panels yet but did try them out and it’s a bit slower charging but when it’s costing me nothing to charge it, I’m not complaining.

   I have a large power generator that runs on gas, that’s for the whole house but in the middle of the night, I grabbed this and plugged phones in and other needed items and went right back to sleep.

   If you’re looking for small, lightweight, easy to use, with nice features and design, look no further. Only thing I wish it had a small carrying case for it. I’ve been on the search but can’t find anything.

   This is a very handy device! We bought it for our RV when we want to charge different things, including our phones. It holds a charge very well and we’re very happy with it. It’s small and doesn’t take up a lot of room, which is an important when you’re traveling in an RV. We reached out to Customer Service and they were very helpful as well.

   Unit works as expected. Battery holds a charge for a long time when not powered on. Runs everythingni bought this unit for. After 2yrs of usage I did have 3 capacitors rupture and our smoke out of the side vent. Went on tugapower.net and bought then cheap and soldered them in and now it’s back to working great again. The capacitors were easy to identify because the tops of them are scored to pop opening a failure situation so just look for the ones that have fluid on the top and are bulged up and a tiny hole in the top center. I am pretty sure it happened because I had it plugged in charging and pulling close to 400w at the same time so I won’t be using it like a UPS…i just wanted to see if it would work or not.

   I was very pleased with the performance of this portable battery bank on our camping trip this past weekend. Tested it prior to leaving and it was able to power my 12v electric cooler refrigerator for a good 8 hours from full charge. There is a auto shut-off to conserve the battery when no current draw is detected which happened when testing my cooler since it doesn’t draw any amps until the compressor kicks on, but was able to disable this by pressing the power button twice after powering it on. We were also able to run it all night continuously connected to a USB fan, charge our phones, and light for visibility at night was added benefit. I did purchase the solar panel and it was nice to be able to recharge the battery during the day, but my only complaint is the wire is on the shorter side so had to move the power bank with the panels constantly. Overall for the price and performance it worked very well for us and can’t wait for our next camping trip.
