I’m no professional solar installed but I was having difficulty with a solar setup with 40 panels in parallel. It was hard to really tell what was and wasn’t working from just multi meter readings alone. Plus it was a bit difficult to test with standard leads while on a ladder reaching over the roof of a large vehicle. This has actual MC4 connectors and does a dead simple full test allowing me to figure out what’s going on more easily. For the price I recommend this even for just smaller projects.

Reading is way off. It’s showing 369W from a 200W panel, which is impossible. I verified with another meter which showed correctly closer to the 200W panel rating. Don’t know if I got a defective unit or this is QC issue. Returning this.
