What more can we ask for than something that actually works. The Generator and Pod are heavy, but other than that, I’m a 74 yr. old female and put this whole thing together myself, except for lifting the pod onto the generator, it was a little time consuming, but definitely doable. The instant the sun hits the solar panels, the pod lights up for the day and I’m running on sunshine. . I feel good having a back up for the fridge and whatever. Buy it, you’ll like it.

I am an Engineer. I thought I did a great job of research before buying this generator or whatever it is. 1st sign that I had made a mistake was when I discovered that it would not run a single serve coffee maker. Should have returned it at that point. I bought this for a power outage backup for a couple of led lights and maybe TV & WIFI. Fast forward .. Return Window passed. Now I have used this piece of xxxx less than 5 hours to charge a cell phone and a couple of other very minor things and it has completely pooped out. Oh, did I mention that the Pod Male plug will not fit into the Female plug on the generator unit? Nope, I had to repair that myself to make it work. 22 Emails and several phone calls to Natures Generator resolved nothing. They have no resolutions for problems. The (only) Technician they have told me to push the plug harder to make it go in. Lol … what a joke. I could go on with the Service that I have received so far but the best thing I can add as a review is that the unit is very pretty, non functional and the service is pitiful at best. In my area of the country we would call this “a pig in a poke”. Thank you and if you buy, I hope your luck is better than all of the other 1 Star reviews because that is what you might as well expect.

VERY WELL DESIGNED, EASY TO SETUP AN RUN, GREAT BACKUP SYSTEM BUT YOU MUST GET AT-LEAST 3 SOLAR PANELS AND THE EXTRA BATTERY. AS FAR AS GETTING THE EXTRA SUPPLIES FOR THIS, THE EXTENDED SOLAR PANEL CABLE FOR INSTANCE…… YOU MUST GO BACK TO THE MOTHER COMPANY, CAN’T GET THE SUPPLIES YOU NEED ANYWHERE ELSE AND THEY ARE VERY COSTLY!!!! $80 FOR A 50 FT. EXTENSION CABLE IS A LOT AFTER SHELLING OUT THE $2200 COST OF THE UNIT!!! THINK THEY WOULD CUT YOU A BREAK!!!! OR AT LEAST SELL YOU THE ENDS SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN CABLES……..
