I ordered the generator and solar panel set and only received the solar panel which is completely useless if I don’t have the generator to charge with the panels. It clear states that they both come together. Hoping I get the other part I ordered or my money back.

I tried the battery out using a fan on high. It ran for 8hrs and still had 48% charge on the battery backup system. It arrive with a 51% charge. I charged it on an outlet with the provided adapter. I have not used the solar panels yet. So far I am pleased with my purchase. My wife is disabled so this will be handy in the event of a power outage for her to use as she is not able to start up our generator.

Would give it zero stars if I could, just stopped working. Won’t charge and there is no support or customer access to product support. I am so disappointed in this unit, when I needed it it was dead and there is nothing I can do. I don’t know if I got a dud or if they are all like this, but I won’t be buying any more Grecell products.

Compre este duo de aparatos (500 w + SP100W) en el 2023, hoy septiembre 2024 siguen funcionando a al perfeccion. El cargador solor es muy practico. Cosnidero que el costo vs producto es muy bueno.
La bateria se caga facilmente y puedo cargar celulares, tablets, lamparas, incousive conectra un proyector pequeño.
Definitivamente volveria a hacer esta compra.

Schnelle Lieferung in stabiler Original-Verpackung. Das Kraftwerk brauchen wir im unter anderem im Campingurlaub, wenn wir wieder irgendwo ohne Stromanschluss stehen und 220 V Lichtstrom brauchen (statt dann die 12 V Autobatterie leer zu saugen). Die Kapazität reicht bei unseren Bedarf für ein paar Tage Freiheit 😉 Beim Aufladen wird der mitgelieferte Trafo schon recht warm, wenn er bei 220 V mit 100 Watt auflädt. Das Laden und Entladen kann man gut über die logisch aufgebaute und übersichtliche Displayanzeige kontrollieren. Auch die verbleibende restliche Kapazität ist immer gut ablesbar. Wichtig ist uns auch, das wir mittels Zigarettenanzünder-Kabel beim Fahren zu einem anderen Stellplatz dieses Kraftwerk wieder aufladen können. Die fehlende Abdeckung für die 12 V Ladebuchse (out) haben wir gleich campermäßig mit einem Sektkorken ergänzt und gut ist es. Sonst ist es ja an allen Ecken mit Gummieinlagen gut geschützt und mit dem praktischen und einklappbaren Tragegriff auch recht gut transportierbar. Die Ladefunktion über Solaranlagen finde ich auch sehr wichtig, habe es noch nicht ausprobiert – sobald ich dies getestet habe, ergänze ich diese Rezession. Von mir gibt es bisher eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
