After following the instructions, my suggestion for installing the axle and wheels, take one axle, put the end cap on the end of the axle, slip the wheel on followed by two rings, slip the axle into the brackets, slip on two rings, then the wheel, center the wheels on either side, tighten all rings, one against the wheel, one against the bracket, then install axle cap.

The kit works great. I wish they were solid wheels as this is left at my hunting camp and I am confident they will be low over time. Easy to install and makes moving this around very convenient for one person which is what I needed out of the product.
