   I got a rare defective panel, which the company’s amazing customer service took care of literally within a couple of hours (sending me a replacement panel). The Portable Power Station is really solid, very well-built, and operates perfectly. I will note, however, that the AC power charger gets very warm when charging the power station. It is not dangerously hot or anything, but expect that the AC power supply will get warm when charging the power station. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase, and very impressed with the quick and thorough customer service. If the need arises, I will absolutely buy from them again.

   This thing is great. You have all the bells and whistles of the much more expensive name brand options. I only wish it had storage for its cables. But, that would require its size to be larger so this works out. The display clearly indicates inputs info and output info. You can use multiple ports at a time. I look forward to hooking this up to my 24v converted charger from my alternator to charge at the maximum rate. I was able to charge a Bluetooth speaker the size of a tallboy and it only drained this battery by 4%. That’s 25 charges worth! Of course that’s not all it’s going to do but it gives you an idea at least.

   UDPower customer service is trash and they lie to tugapower.net and customers. They also try to skim customer information in seller chat. So beware of that when buying this product. With that out of the way, it’s a 600 watt hour bank with built-in inverter and a 120 watt solar panel. Not too big or bulky battery unit. Fairly light and slim design for what it is. Cable is very short and not standard. Full sunlight, 6 hours or less to charge. Easy to set up and use. Functions as a basic charging station for electronic devices while being highly portable. In full sunlight I actually got 121 Watts at one point. –edit– After a couple weeks of using the panel only it has been rainy and cloudy for a few days. The bank wasn’t getting charged so I went to use the wall adapter. The wall adapter I received was Dead On Arrival. The bank flashes a bit when the solar panel is in despite not having enough power to charge the bank, but the wall charger doesn’t light up or do anything for the bank. I requested a replacement wall adapter from the seller and have low expectations since they lied about delivery info to myself AND tugapower.net support. If they lie to tugapower.net, I stand no chance as a consumer. I want a working wall adapter as intended but this might just end up as a full return despite being a half decent product. The batter bank and solar panel have been 10/10. UDPower Staff and this whole experience has been horrible though 0/10. BUYER BEWARE!

As of today (Feb 12, 2025), the price remains unchanged, making it a solid value proposition. The C600 features a 595Wh LiFePO4 battery, slightly smaller than some competitors but still impressive for its size. The manual emphasizes the use of brand-new cells, and my testing confirmed the usable capacity is close to the full 595Wh, a nice bonus compared to brands that require de-rating. Overall Pros: Compact and Lightweight: At 17.31 lbs and 11.02″L x 5.91″W x 9.45″H, the C600 is highly portable. It’s easy to carry for camping, road trips, or moving around the house during outages. Its compact size also makes storage a breeze. Versatile Output Options: With two AC outlets (600W continuous, 1200W surge), a 12V car port, two DC5521 ports, two USB-A ports (12W each), and two USB-C ports (65W and 35W PD), the C600 can power a wide range of devices.
