So we purchased this generator because we had hurricane that was was coming our way. Unfortunately it did not arrive before we got our power back. However, when we set it up and connected it to our house, it ran like a champ. We have a 3800 square foot home with two AC units. It powered the home and both AC units without a problem. I would highly recommend this inverter generator.

This is a great generator for amount of power it delivers and how quite it is. Definitely recommend. Fast delivery, easy to get it started, no issues. The instructions can be better, but was able to figure it out myself. The batteries had to be pulled up to plug them in first time, the screws for the panel had to be undone first (wish it would just snap on and off), and the oil was hidden on the middle somewhere (inconvenient). Otherwise, as provided size & weight are manageable, quiet, compared to its alternatives. Best of all, has 50A plug I needed.

Generator arrived. Unpacked, connected battery, filled with oil and fuel. Generator wont start. Sent email to AIVOLT, and they replied and were extremely helpful in trying to cure the non starting. Generator still would not start. Aivolt have asked me to return the generator for a full refund. Great customer service from AIvolt.

It was bigger than I imagined, but seems well built. Started right up after adding oil and connecting the battery. I was surprised how quiet it was while set to economy. I haven’t tried to run it with the 50amp to our RV yet, but I’m sure it will do just fine. So far, I really like it.
