   Used this to charge my Anker power station. The cables are thick and connectors well attached. Everything seems of decent quality and what you’d expect. It’s a cable – it does what it’s supposed to with the proper connectors – solar panel standard side, and sturdy XT60 connector. Connectors do not look cheap, and look and feel good. Works well and does the job.

   Came in minimal packaging, which is ideal.

   Wire feels pretty standard, it holds a bend and the jacket feels like PVC. It shows being rated to 105C on the jacket, so published specs track through accurately. The XT60 connector is very nicely overmolded.

   The MC4 connectors look and feel decent. I took them apart and the wires seem to be crimped will and secure. The feel like they mate well when they are plugged in and they fit others I have on hand too.

   I’ve been using this cable in a small off-grid setup to connect portable panels to a power station, and it’s been working without issues. Build quality is good — the 12AWG wire feels solid, insulation is tough, and the molded connectors feel like they’ll hold up to regular use.

   Connection is simple, and the fact that the red and black wires are bonded together like a single cord makes handling and storage a lot easier. Definitely more convenient than juggling two loose cables.

   That said, despite being labeled as XT60i, it’s really just a standard XT60 in function. There’s no center pin continuity, which might matter if your power station requires a true XT60i connection for fast charging or smart detection. For basic connections, it won’t make a difference — but it’s worth knowing.

   If you’re just looking for a solid extension cable and don’t need the full XT60i functionality, this gets the job done just fine. Just don’t expect anything fancy beyond a well-built wire.
