I don’t know how many watts it’s putting out, but I bought it to keep my boat batteries topped off until I get real panels installed and it’s accomplishing it. As for the quality, the metal grommets began to rust the second week on the boat. I had to tape over them to keep the rust stains off the gelcoat. The instructions are generic and they obviously pack them in all the solar panels they sell.
As for the 2-way splitters , I’ll post a picture later and you can see for yourself how confusing they are.

400 watts?!? Not so much, long shipping lead time, maybe get 20% of the 400 watts if you’re lucky on a blazing solar day. Don’t waste your money like I did. Word of advise, buy name brand solar panels.
