Went camping and it worked wonders especially with all the sun around. Charges devices up fast. Extremely sturdy too. Worth the money for sure!

I love how thin this setup is. My previous solar panels for the car were in thick plastic housings that took up a lot of space. This reminds me more of a newer laptop; kind of sleek and smaller. All of the hang points make mounting relatively easy, though I would have appreciated some method of angling it towards the sun without folding it around and losing one of the sections.
Performance is a mixed bag. Charges my samsung phone happily (not fast charge as far as I can tell), but some other electronics refuse to charge at all, including a USB power bank, which is kind of the primary item I’d like to be using this with (for nighttime use). Not sure if that’s the fault of the solar panels or the bank, but the bank charges normally at the wall with a non-PD wall plug. I don’t have the ability to look into that further, but it looks like some of the other reviews have.

At over $1/watt, this is a bit spendy, but it’s portable. I tested this in the middle of the afternoon, not caring to make sure I was at the right angle to the sun. I just laid it out on the grill top, and plugged in a couple of devices. Ideally, you would use this with a portable battery pack. You use your phone during the day, charge it with the pack at night, then use your phone during the day, and charge the pack during the day. It will take while to charge your phone.
When using this product… just know it will get hot. Don’t put your device directly below this. Prop this up on a couple of rocks and then keep your device in the shade. Head kills batteries/electronics. It won’t take long for your device to overheat in direct sunlight.
If you can afford it, go straight to the 100 watt or the 200 watt. If you can’t, this is a decent product to have. Especially for an emergency
