This is a solidly made, well packaged and with accessories. Wasn’t expecting all of the extras packaged with it which was a nice surprise. Everything you’ll need to get it installed quickly and securely.

This disconnect switch connects and disconnects easily to MC4 connectors, and slides smoothly in the on and off position. I tested it with about 36v and 30 amps and it works perfectly to turn on and off a solar array I have. The built in MC4 connectors make this dead simple to to use– connect your panel(s) into the input, and the output into your charge controller, and you’re done.
The plastic is thick and well made and well sealed. We’ll see how long it lasts outside, but it doesn’t look like it would degrade, especially if kept out of the sun. It’s also simple and quick to mount.
