The coil memory from the pack didn’t last too long. It isn’t the floppiest cable out there, but being SJTW instead of STW gives it a little extra give from the thinner jacketing. Both of the plugs plug-in and twist to lock without issue.

Very heavy duty generator extension cable. Consistent with my other 10AWG cables in terms of heft and feel. Comes with a great nylon carry / storage handle to keep it bundled up. Good strain relief on the ends, quality plugs that are not too large to fit into recessed receptacles (typical of generator hookups).

The cord is thick and feels heavy and looks to be made of high qaulity materials . I didn’t cut the wires to check the house but the weight alone and stiffness tells me it is proper gauge by weight.
The ends are both well made and I see no quality issues with it. I think it’s priced well and has a thick supple yellow jacket that’s fully waterproof and has high visibility. It functions just as it should and I have no complaints.

This cable is good at tapping into power source that use L14-30 “R” receptable, which I see in some generator models or inlets, and use to those designations supporting the 14-50 type, like a level 2 EV charger. The cable itself looks good and the color yellow stands out so good for temporary use. The connectors lock in pretty solid, including twist-n-lock on the 14-30 side.
