I gave the product 5 stars. Shipping and packing were excellent. Very nice panels that appear well made. I like the IP67 rating and the 120 watt output. One caution: I was disappointed with the description in the tugapower.net listing that showed a connector type of MC4. These panels do not have MC4 connectors. The images shown as part of the ad are accurate showing a male DC 7909 output cable. The references to MC4 connectors are incorrect. The listing indicates they will provide the necessary cable to connect the panels in parallel if you leave Greenmagic a message. I sent a message and was very impressed that I got a prompt reply and a request for my phone number so their technician could call me to review my project. After I received the panels and realized they did not have MC4 connectors, I was able to find excellent adapter cables from SolarNz, DC8mm Female to solar connectors. Good product, excellent service.

I had high hopes for this panel. 400 watts for substantially less than other 400-watt portable panels. Alas, it was too good to be true. Testing it from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on July 6th when the sun was highest in the sky, no clouds (but slightly hazy) and the panels reclined to their maximum to match the solar inclination…. I only got 228 watts maximum (very briefly) with an average of 200 watts at 39.6 volts. That 57% of rated capacity at the maximum output and 50% of rated output on average. Compare this to the 200-watt panel (name brand) that I already owned that produced between 88% and 93% of its rated capacity at the same time and set up the same way.
Otherwise, this seems to be a well-made panel. The connectors are good. The packaging was good although shipping was a bit slow. Its price and output are mostly in line with 300-watt panels. I just wish it was what it was supposed to be.

While this unit arrived in even better shape than I’d imagined…I learned the hard way that one must first check VOC levels (Open Circuit Voltage) of the panels vs. the solar battery to which you plan to attach them. You CANNOT exceed this VOC as input into your battery. If you do, you run the risk of permanently damaging your solar battery’s circuitry. The panel’s output will not even register on your battery.
Before buying any solar panels other than the ones which come from the solar battery company itself, I advise you to call the company and discuss how you plan to use their panels. As they say, “An ounce of prevention, is worth a pound of cure.”

I liked that it was easy to setup but it lacked a stability pole.
This panel is almost identical to another panel I own that included a 300 CM collapsible pole to stabilize the panels. (EENOUR looks the same panel and I own that one and it came with the pole) if this panel came with the pole it would garner a higher rating.
I really liked the connector, it included all the combinations you might need to connect to your charge controller or solar charger.
I was able to get 298-305 watts in direct sunlight. Not bad, but less than the rated.
Open circuit woltage was 43v

I was very skeptical at first because of the price however, it’s way more efficient than all the other solar panels that I have bought in the past. The only downside is it does not come with any stakes to stake it in the ground to prep for wind however, it puts out way more energy than I anticipated. I literally just ordered another one because the price is so great. If you’re 120 W panel is only pushing out 60 W get rid of it and buy this for sure. It’s not even that sunny today and I’m getting 90 W.

I bought two of 400W solar panels. It took only two days to delivered (by FedEx). It came with one big box and two small boxes inside. Each box has 1*400W solar panels, multi-connectors kit, parallel kit, 10ft charging cable with MC4 connector and the manual.
I charged my battery for couple hours by these two 400W panels through parallel kits. The charging power range 480W-580w. I believe it might go higher under in nice sunshine weather! Besides charging power, I was surprised by the quality. The flexible panel is pretty durable and weight is obviously lighter compare to my old solar panels. Easy to carry on and it fits in my SUV trunk.
Finally I recommend GreenMagic 400W. It is a great product with good features!

I now have 6 of these for a total of 2400 watts of solar for my camper. I decided it was better to have these portable panels than to mount solar on the roof so that I can park in the shade and put the panels in the sun. These are the lightest panels of their size I’ve seen and they are pretty easy to setup. I am in the northeast US and have not gone to any lengths to get “ideal” placement, but the best wattage I’ve gotten out of these is a little over 300 watts per panel – which I’m totally ok with. I imagine that if I aimed them better and were father south I’d get a higher output, but as I said, I’m very ok with what I’m getting. It takes me about 5 mins to set them all up, and when I’m travelling I keep them in the shower of the camper. I originally got 3 of these, and then I got 3 more of I guess the newer version.
