This charger works just like it’s manufactured to work. Hooked up too solar system, great controls, works great and has alarms to tell you if charge is low or high, checks for back charge. This works just like says it will. I’d recommend this

No frills PWM charger, can handle up to 40 A and using this to do a small solar set up charging a 100 amp battery. Everything seems to be very basic but works very well.

Solid build w/heavy duty wiring connections – much better than other controllers I’ve seen. The user interface documentation is a bit confusing, took me a while to figure out how to change the ‘Resume Charge’ setting (had to select battery mode usr2), but otherwise good product for a good price. Bluetooth range is decent & while the app isn’t terribly polished, it gets the job done. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a solid unit without all the unnecessary bells and whistles that higher priced units throw in.
