   I have several different plugs on the side of my house, but (of course) I didn’t have the one I need for my new (small) generator… a TT-30p to L5-30r. I could have made an adapter cord, but the price of parts would have been about the same as this kit. Speaking of the kit, it’s a nice one!

   1- The cord has nicely molded ends and it uses three #10 conductors. The L5-30r end is at a 45* angle for strain relief, and the TT-30p side had the ring to help grip while unplugging.

   2- The box is metal and has plenty of room to work inside. While I could have used #10, I had #8 spare. There was plenty or room to add a little extra slack.
   The Gloppers kits are well worth it. If I need another I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

   I had purchased some of these from a different vendor and they cost a LOT more. These are just as good but at a fraction of the price. I am using this to hook up my generators to my breaker box using the appropriate throw switches on the inside.

   Great 30A molded cord for safer generator power entry. The cord is flexible and has molded ends that lock together securely. Dont forget to use a power panel interlock so you cant accidentally bllow up your panel if the utility power comes on unexpectedly and you havent turned off the hard line power!

   The cord ends are molded soft grip-able rubber and the box is well made for mounting to the exterior of your home shop or shed when you need generator power. Great value over (orange and/or blue) hardware store pricing and they didn’t carry anything like this anyway. The plugs are easily gripped and locked together and they look far more secure and safe than running a bunch of orange cords through your house.

   I got this for my cabin in the woods to supplement my solar/battery array to run my A/C or recharge my Lithium’s when were there for more than a few days.
   The steel box that you plug into is top grade, heavy duty! I like the terminal connectors inside and especially like the outside threads on the socket to keep water out when the cable is plugged in. This is just like my RV connection and helps to stabilize the cord as well.
   The cable is really sturdy too, I like the finger grab hole to unplug from the generator – nice touch. The cable casing is really thick but coils nicely and the 10′ length is perfect to get the genny fumes away from the cabin but not too long to lose too much amperage in the process.
   All in all, this is a VERY nice genny connection set that I am really pleased with – and for this price!
   Would highly recommend!

   Exceptional quality and just what we needed to solve the problem of extra long extension cords during hurricane season. We have a big generator to power our house needs and a smaller one for the shed which contains our freezers. The smaller generator doesn’t allow for the many cords/connections needed and we always had to run an extra 100ft cord off the big generator to the shed for that other freezer. 😞
   Not anymore! This has solved our problem. I didn’t even know this existed until now and am very happy with this product! The 10ft cord won’t be an issue for us as the shed is unoccupied by humans during hurricane. The value of saving my freezers full of food can’t be beat as the value I get for the money is unbeatable. Its functionality will be appreciated.
   It also just helped us decide if a camper we were deciding to purchase had functioning electrical circuits. We used the cord, a perfect fit for that purpose. Easy to use right out of bix. Saved us much headache & from buying a lemon.

   Nice 10 foot long heavy duty 30A generator extension cord with power socket electrical box with waterproof connector. I installed the electrical box in the battery and inverter area on my travel trailer so I can connect to a generator or a campground power supply. This lets me bring in AC power for everything in the trailer. The electrical box and the power cord have a twist to lock to keep the cord from becoming unplugged. I also like that the other end of the cord has a built in loop handle to make it easier to safely unplug it when you are done using it.

   This is a very nicely constructed generator inlet box and cord, all the fittings and screws have rubber seals. There are two extra fittings for the box, one of which is a rubber seal for when you run the wire into the box. It’s completely waterproof and it’s a good deal considering you get both the box and the cord. Easy to read instructions are included, however, if you’re not familiar with residential electrical wiring, I would advise on getting an electrician. The most useful part to me is the cord. 99% of the year I will not be using my generator to power my house. I don’t lose power often, but it’s better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it. The cord is the same as my campers, only shorter. It plugs into both my generator and my camper with ease and no struggling.
